Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your DriftLamp. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns. You may return an undamaged lamp within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Because each lamp is made to order, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked, insured service.
Damaged or defective items. If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at driftlamp1@gmail.com with photos and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Order changes & cancellations. Since lamps are printed to order, please request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
